CVE-2026-98936 – Non évaluée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: reset ar->num_stations on hardware start When (multiple) hw restart occurs, we end up in a situation where we cannot accept new stations / mesh peers. This seems to be the 'num_stations' in 'struct ath11k' that did not get reset properly in this case. In ath11k_mac_op_start(), it was indeed the only accounting var that did not get reset so let's clear it too. This avoids problems like those: [1248828.088023] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 12281 at net/mac80211/util.c:1682 ieee80211_reconfig_stations+0x98/0xc0 [1248828.088115] Call trace: [1248828.088116] ieee80211_reconfig_stations+0x98/0xc0 (P) [1248828.088119] ieee80211_reconfig+0x774/0x1438 [1248828.088123] ieee80211_restart_work+0x10c/0x178 [1248828.088127] process_one_work+0x178/0x3c0 [1248828.088130] worker_thread+0x280/0x440 [1248828.088133] kthread+0xe0/0xf8 [1248828.088137] ret_from_fork+0x10/0x20 [1248828.088141] ---[ end trace 0000000000000000 ]--- [1248836.686604] ath11k_pci 0000:04:00.0: refusing to associate station: too many connected already (128) [1248836.686609] ath11k_pci 0000:04:00.0: Failed to add station: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx for VDEV: 1 Tested-on: QCN9074 hw1.0 PCI WLAN.HK.2.9.0.1-01977-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1

CVE-2026-98307 – Non évaluée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: cleanup arsta in ath11k_mac_peer_cleanup_all() When mac80211 removes a sta, it calls .sta_state() which in turn calls ath11k_mac_station_remove(). In that function we clean up both peers & arsta related resources. But when the firmware crashes, ath11k calls ieee80211_restart_hw(), which assumes that all driver related resources are cleaned up beforehand. This cleanup is supposedly done by ath11k_mac_peer_cleanup_all() but does not in fact free arsta->rx_stats / tx_stats. Extract the arsta cleanup from ath11k_mac_station_remove() into a new ath11k_mac_station_cleanup() and call it from both there and ath11k_mac_peer_cleanup_all(). This should handle kmemleaks reports like: unreferenced object 0xffffff801ae66400 (size 1024): comm "hostapd", pid 1306, jiffies 4295011565 hex dump (first 32 bytes): 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................ 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................ backtrace (crc d61c08ec): kmemleak_alloc+0x3c/0x50 __kmalloc_cache_noprof+0x2b0/0x3e0 ath11k_mac_op_sta_state+0x1dc/0xb10 drv_sta_state+0xac/0x6f8 sta_info_insert_rcu+0x314/0x5e0 sta_info_insert+0x14/0x38 ieee80211_add_station+0x10c/0x1a0 nl80211_new_station+0x3e8/0x680 genl_family_rcv_msg_doit+0xc0/0x120 genl_rcv_msg+0x1b4/0x258 netlink_rcv_skb+0x4c/0x108 genl_rcv+0x38/0x60 netlink_unicast+0x190/0x278 netlink_sendmsg+0x15c/0x370 ____sys_sendmsg+0x120/0x290 ___sys_sendmsg+0x70/0xa0 Tested-on: QCN9074 hw1.0 PCI WLAN.HK.2.9.0.1-01977-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1

CVE-2026-97442 8.8 Élevée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: fix invalid data access in ath11k_dp_rx_h_undecap_nwifi In certain cases, hardware might provide packets with a length greater than the maximum native Wi-Fi header length. This can lead to accessing and modifying fields in the header within the ath11k_dp_rx_h_undecap_nwifi() function for the DP_RX_DECAP_TYPE_NATIVE_WIFI decap type and potentially result in invalid data access and memory corruption. Kernel stack is corrupted in: ath11k_dp_rx_h_undecap+0x6b0/0x6b0 [ath11k] Call trace: ath11k_dp_rx_h_mpdu+0x0/0x2e8 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_rx_h_mpdu+0x1e0/0x2e8 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_rx_wbm_err+0x1e0/0x450 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_rx_process_wbm_err+0x2fc/0x460 [ath11k] ath11k_dp_service_srng+0x2e0/0x348 [ath11k] Add a sanity check before processing the SKB to prevent invalid data access in the undecap native Wi-Fi function for the DP_RX_DECAP_TYPE_NATIVE_WIFI decap type. CVE-2026-93094 – Non évaluée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: fix dp_link_peer dangling references on AP vdev rollback ath12k_mac_vdev_create() for an AP vdev creates the bss self-peer via ath12k_peer_create(), which finishes by calling ath12k_dp_link_peer_assign() to publish the dp_link_peer in the dp_hw->dp_peers[peerid_index] RCU table, in the dp_peer's link_peers[] array, and in the per-addr rhashtable. If a step after ath12k_peer_create() fails the function jumps to err_peer_del, which open-codes a WMI peer_delete and waits for the unmap / delete_resp events. The wait_for_peer_delete_done() path relies on ath12k_dp_link_peer_unmap_event() freeing the dp_link_peer when the unmap arrives, but err_peer_del never calls ath12k_dp_link_peer_unassign() first. The published references in the dp_hw RCU table, dp_peer->link_peers[] and the rhashtable are left pointing at the dp_link_peer that unmap_event then frees, producing dangling pointers and use-after-free on subsequent lookups. Replace the open-coded sequence with a call to ath12k_peer_delete(), which already does ath12k_dp_link_peer_unassign() before sending the WMI command. This drops the published references before the dp_link_peer is freed, in the same order as the normal teardown path in ath12k_mac_remove_link_interface(). CVE-2026-92497 – Non évaluée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: Avoid buffer overread in ath12k_wmi_op_rx() Currently, in ath12k_wmi_op_rx(), the firmware buffer is read without first verifying that the buffer has enough data to hold a header. This could result in a buffer overread. Update the logic to verify the buffer contains at least enough data to hold a wmi_cmd_hdr before reading from the buffer. CVE-2026-90399 8.4 Élevée
Linux
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: fix stride mismatch in mac_phy_caps_parse() Currently, in ath12k_wmi_mac_phy_caps_parse(), kzalloc() sizes the mac_phy_caps buffer as tot_phy_id * len, where len is clamped to min(firmware_len, sizeof(struct ath12k_wmi_mac_phy_caps_params)). The subsequent memcpy() destination advances by sizeof(full struct) per slot via C pointer arithmetic, not by the clamped len. When firmware sends short TLVs, the second and later slots are written past the end of the allocation. The reader in ath12k_pull_mac_phy_cap_svc_ready_ext() also indexes the buffer with full-struct pointer arithmetic, so the allocation must match that stride. Fix by using kzalloc_objs(), which derives the element size from the pointer type, making allocation size and pointer stride provably consistent regardless of what len the firmware provides. Tested-on: WCN7850 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.HMT.1.1.c7-00108-QCAHMTSWPL_V1.0_V2.0_SILICONZ_UPSTREAM-3

CVE-2026-20212 9.8 Critique
Cisco NX-OS Software
A vulnerability in the Silicon One integration for Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Switches could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute code with root privileges. This vulnerability exists because TCP ports 43210 and 43211 are accessible in the default Layer 3 (L3) virtual routing and forwarding (VRF). A successful exploit could allow the attacker to connect to an affected device and send crafted input that could be executed as code with root privileges. The exploitation of this vulnerability could also cause the S1HAL process to crash, which could cause the device to reload.

CVE-2026-14366 6.4 Moyenne
zephyrproject zephyr
The Silicon Labs SiWx917 WiFi driver's transmit callback siwx91x_send() in drivers/wifi/siwx91x/siwx91x_wifi.c frees a network packet it does not own. In the Zephyr TX path the net_pkt is owned by the L2/networking stack; the driver only borrows it to copy the frame bytes into a local net_buf. Before the fix, after transmitting, siwx91x_send() additionally called net_pkt_unref(pkt) on the caller-owned packet, dropping its last reference and returning it to the shared packet pool prematurely. This code path is compiled in by default (CONFIG_WIFI_SILABS_SIWX91X_NET_STACK_NATIVE). The caller, ethernet_send() in subsys/net/l2/ethernet/ethernet.c, keeps using the packet after the driver returns: it reads net_pkt_get_len(pkt), updates TX statistics, and then performs its own net_pkt_unref(pkt). Because the driver already released the packet, these are use-after-free reads followed by a second unref (a double free). When concurrent network activity recycles the freed slab slot between the two unrefs, the trailing unref decrements a different, live packet's reference count and frees it, corrupting the net_pkt pool shared by both the receive and transmit paths. The defect is exercised by ordinary transmission over the native-stack SiWx917 WiFi interface, and an adjacent attacker on the same WiFi network can induce transmissions (for example ARP or ICMP echo replies, or TCP handshakes) to drive the path. The primary observable impact is loss of availability (transmit hangs and crashes from pool corruption), with race-dependent memory corruption of the kernel networking buffer pool. The fix removes the erroneous net_pkt_unref(pkt) from siwx91x_send(); the driver's receive-path unref, which correctly frees a packet the driver itself allocated, is unaffected.

CVE-2026-64172 7.1 Élevée
Linux · Linux linux kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Disable AVIC IPI virtualization on Hygon Family 18h (erratum #1235) Hygon Family 18h CPUs are derived from AMD Family 17h (Zen1) silicon and share the same erratum #1235: hardware may read a stale IsRunning=1 bit during ICR write emulation and silently fail to generate an AVIC_IPI_FAILURE_TARGET_NOT_RUNNING VM-Exit on the sending vCPU. The absence of the VM-Exit causes KVM to miss the required wakeup of blocking target vCPUs, leading to hung vCPUs and unbounded delays in guest execution. Extend the existing AMD Family 17h erratum #1235 workaround to also cover Hygon Family 18h. With IPI virtualization disabled, KVM never sets IsRunning=1 in the Physical ID table, so every non-self IPI generates a VM-Exit and is correctly emulated.

CVE-2026-41516 3.3 Faible
OP-TEE optee_os · Trustedfirmware op-tee
OP-TEE is a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) designed as companion to a non-secure Linux kernel running on Arm; Cortex-A cores using the TrustZone technology. Starting in version 4.5.0 and prior to version 4.11.0, the RSA PKCS#1 v1.5 decryption implementation in the Hisilicon HPRE crypto driver uses non-constant-time `memcmp()` for label hash verification and has multiple distinguishable error paths. This creates a Bleichenbacher-style padding oracle that allows an attacker to recover RSA PKCS#1 v1.5 plaintext. Version 4.11.0 contains a patch. As a workaround, disable Hisilicon HPRE RSA driver with `CFG_HISILICON_ACC_V3=n`.

OP-TEE optee_os · Trustedfirmware op-tee
OP-TEE is a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) designed as companion to a non-secure Linux kernel running on Arm; Cortex-A cores using the TrustZone technology. Starting in version 4.5.0 and prior to version 4.11.0, the RSA-OAEP decryption implementation in the Hisilicon HPRE crypto driver uses non-constant-time `memcmp()` for label hash verification and has multiple distinguishable error paths. This creates a Manger-style padding oracle that allows an attacker to recover RSA-OAEP plaintext with approximately 1000-2000 adaptive chosen ciphertext queries. Only affects plat-d06 with `CFG_HISILICON_ACC_V3=y`, which seems to be disabled by default. Version 4.11.0 contains a patch. As a workaround, disable Hisilicon HPRE RSA driver with `CFG_HISILICON_ACC_V3=n`.

CVE-2026-53354 8.8 Élevée
Linux · Linux linux kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: errata: Mitigate TLBI errata on various Arm CPUs A number of CPUs developed by Arm suffer from errata whereby a broadcast TLBI;DSB sequence may complete before the global observation of writes which are translated by an affected TLB entry. These errata ONLY affect the completion of memory accesses which have been translated by an invalidated TLB entry, and these errata DO NOT affect the actual invalidation of TLB entries. TLB entries are removed correctly. This issue has been assigned CVE ID CVE-2025-10263. To mitigate this issue, Arm recommends that software follows any affected TLBI;DSB sequence with an additional TLBI;DSB, which will ensure that all memory write effects affected by the first TLBI have been globally observed. The additional TLBI can use any operation that is broadcast to affected CPUs, and the additional DSB can use any option that is sufficient to complete the additional TLBI. The ARM64_WORKAROUND_REPEAT_TLBI workaround is sufficient to mitigate the issue. Enable this workaround for affected CPUs, and update the silicon errata documentation accordingly. Note that due to the manner in which Arm develops IP and tracks errata, some CPUs share a common erratum number.

Linux · Linux linux kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: hisilicon/sec2 - prevent req used-after-free for sec During packet transmission, if the system is under heavy load, the hardware might complete processing the packet and free the request memory (req) before the transmission function finishes. If the software subsequently accesses this req, a use-after-free error will occur. The qp_ctx memory exists throughout the packet sending process, so replace the req with the qp_ctx.

CVE-2026-49269 8.6 Élevée
Apple M1 GPUs retain register file data between compute shader dispatches from different processes. A sandboxed Metal attacker app can run a GPU reader shader that reads stale register values left by a separate sandboxed victim app. In the proof of concept, GPUVictim.app generates a fresh random 128-bit secret using SecRandomCopyBytes and loads it into GPU registers. GPUAttacker.app, a separate sandboxed app, recovers the exact secret from stale GPU register state. NOTE: The vendor stated that this behavior affects only legacy hardware and has already been addressed at the hardware level in current-generation Apple Silicon.
