CVE-2026-79980 5.6 Moyenne
zephyrproject zephyr
The DHCPv4 client in subsys/net/lib/dhcpv4/dhcpv4.c maintained its transaction identifier (iface->config.dhcpv4.xid) as a counter rather than as a per-transaction random value. It was seeded once with sys_rand32_get() in dhcpv4_start_internal(), incremented by one in dhcpv4_send_discover() and dhcpv4_send_decline(), and never changed by dhcpv4_send_request() — so every RENEWING and REBINDING exchange reused, unchanged, the identifier that had already appeared on the wire in the broadcast DHCPDISCOVER at boot, and where the identifier did move it moved predictably by one. RFC 2131 4.1 requires a single identifier per transaction, chosen so that clients are unlikely to collide. This identifier is the client's only unpredictable reply-validation token. net_dhcpv4_input() accepts a BOOTP reply on op, a matching xid, and a matching chaddr (the interface MAC, which is public); the UDP callback is registered with a wildcard remote address and port, and no server-identifier or source-address check is applied. An attacker who learns one identifier — for example any host on the same segment that sees the broadcast DHCPDISCOVER, or a DHCP server or relay on a network the device previously joined — therefore retains a valid token for the device's whole uptime, and can predict the identifiers of later exchanges, without having to observe the unicast renew traffic or race the legitimate server. A forged reply that passes those checks has effect regardless of client state, because dhcpv4_parse_options() applies its side effects before the state machine gate in dhcpv4_handle_reply(): the router option calls net_if_ipv4_set_gw() and the DNS option calls dns_resolve_reconfigure(). A single accepted datagram can thus repoint the device's default gateway and resolvers at attacker-controlled addresses, redirecting its traffic; during RENEWING or REBINDING a forged DHCPACK re-binds the lease with attacker-chosen parameters and a forged DHCPNAK removes the address and restarts configuration. The fix draws a fresh sys_rand32_get() value at each point where a transaction begins — entering SELECTING, RENEWING and REBINDING, and at the INIT/INIT-REBOOT entry taken when an interface with a lease goes down — while REQUESTING and DECLINE keep the identifier of the exchange they belong to, as RFC 2131 requires. As a side effect the client also no longer discards a slow server's offer after retransmitting a discover, and the initial-discover backoff now draws its own randomness instead of deriving it from the identifier.

CVE-2026-111812 10.0 Critique
Apache Software Foundation Apache Traffic Server
Apache Traffic Server's origin_server_auth plugin lets a client force signing of attacker-chosen AWS request headers under the proxy's own credentials. This issue affects Apache Traffic Server: from 8.0.0 through 8.1.11, from 9.0.0 through 9.2.15, from 10.0.0 through 10.1.4, 10.2.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 9.2.16, 10.1.5, or 10.2.1, which fix the issue.

CVE-2026-105942 7.7 Élevée
Apache Software Foundation Apache Pulsar
When a configured proxy role sends a request to the broker on behalf of another user (the original principal), the broker is designed to authorize both the proxy role and the original principal and to allow the request only if both are authorized, so that the original principal cannot exceed its own permissions. Two flaws weakened this check. First, the original principal was authorized with the proxy's authentication data instead of its own. On the admin REST API of the broker and the functions worker, this applied to every proxied request. On the Pulsar binary protocol, it applied when the proxy did not forward the client's credentials to the broker, which was the default of the Pulsar proxy in the affected versions. Authorization providers that resolve permissions from the role name only, such as the default authorization provider, are not affected by this flaw. The multi-role token authorization provider (MultiRolesTokenAuthorizationProvider), added in Apache Pulsar 2.8.1, resolves roles from the role claim of the token in the authentication data it is given. When a proxy authenticates to the broker with its own token, the original principal was therefore authorized with all roles in the proxy's token. If any of those roles is a superuser or tenant admin role, any user whose requests are forwarded by that proxy can perform operations that need those permissions without holding them. Custom authorization providers that use the authentication data could be affected in a similar way. Second, independently of the authorization provider, the tenant admin check of a proxied admin REST API request succeeded without checking the original principal when the proxy role was itself an admin role of the tenant. In deployments where a proxy role is a tenant admin, including with the default authorization provider, any user whose requests are forwarded by that proxy could perform tenant administration operations on that tenant. This behavior is present from 2.8.4 in the 2.8.x releases, from 2.9.3 in the 2.9.x releases, and from 2.10.1 onwards. Deployments that use neither the multi-role token authorization provider nor a custom provider that uses the authentication data are not affected by the first flaw, and with the multi-role token authorization provider, neither are deployments whose proxies do not authenticate to the broker with a token. Deployments in which no proxy role is listed as an admin role of a tenant are not affected by the second flaw. A proxy role that is a superuser but is not listed as a tenant admin does not trigger it, because the tenant admin check of the built-in authorization providers only considers the tenant's admin roles; this can differ for custom authorization providers that treat superusers as tenant admins. In fixed versions, both the proxy role and the original principal are authorized for each proxied request, and the original principal is authorized only with its own authentication data. With the multi-role token authorization provider, the roles of a forwarded token are used for the original principal only when that token authenticates as the original principal; otherwise only the original principal's role name is used. For tenant admin checks, the proxy role and the original principal must each be a superuser or a tenant admin of the tenant. This issue affects Apache Pulsar versions from 2.8.1 before 4.0.14 and from 4.1.0 before 4.2.5. - 4.0.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.0.14. - 4.1.x and 4.2.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.2.5. Users operating versions prior to those listed above should upgrade to the aforementioned patched versions or newer versions. The currently supported Apache Pulsar release lines are 4.0.x and 5.0.x. The supported versions schedule is available at https://pulsar.apache.org/contribute/release-policy/.

CVE-2026-8355 5.4 Moyenne
IBM ContextForge MCP Gateway
IBM ContextForge MCP Gateway 0.1.0 through 1.0.5 is vulnerable to a server-side request Forgery (SSRF) that allows authenticated users with gateway creation privileges to perform arbitrary HTTP POST requests to internal network resources and cloud metadata endpoints. The vulnerability occurs during OAuth-enabled gateway registration when the system fails to validate the oauth_config.token_url parameter. When registering a gateway with OAuth client credentials authentication, an attacker can supply a malicious token_url pointing to internal services, cloud metadata endpoints (AWS IMDSv1, GCP, Azure), or localhost-bound services. The application immediately performs an HTTP POST request to the attacker-controlled URL with form-encoded credentials in the body. If the response cannot be parsed as a valid OAuth token response, up to 256 characters of the response body are reflected back to the attacker in the HTTP 502 error message. This vulnerability bypasses existing SSRF protections that are applied to the gateway.url field but not to OAuth configuration parameters.

CVE-2026-106032 5.7 Moyenne
aws bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit
Server-side request forgery in the OpenAPI schema processing of the agent import functionality in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Starter Toolkit before 0.3.14 might allow an authenticated remote actor in the same AWS account to cause the environment of a user importing a Bedrock Agent to issue arbitrary outbound requests and read arbitrary local files, via crafted external reference values in the OpenAPI content associated with a Bedrock Agent action group. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.3.14. Note that bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit is deprecated. The @aws/agentcore npm CLI is the supported replacement and does not contain this issue. Migration to @aws/agentcore is the recommended long-term path.

CVE-2026-54634 7.3 Élevée
Hamlib
Hamlib is a ham radio control library for radios, rotators, and amplifiers. Prior to 4.7.2, the unauthenticated rigctld send_raw command on TCP port 4532 reaches rigctl_send_raw() in tests/rigctl_parse.c, which writes a NUL byte at buf[buf_len + 1] outside its 200-byte stack buffer, and rig_send_raw() in src/rig.c, which copies reply_len - 1 bytes instead of the actual nbytes received. A remote client can send the CR terminator with a short payload to trigger both flaws in one command under the default no-password configuration. The out-of-bounds write can crash the daemon or corrupt adjacent stack memory, while the oversized copy can return up to 198 bytes of uninitialized stack data to the client. This issue is fixed in version 4.7.2.

CVE-2026-92943 8.1 Élevée
AWSIoTPythonSDK
Improper validation of certificate with host mismatch in the MQTT client TLS connection layer in AWS IoT Device SDK for Python 1.5.3 through 1.6.0 on Python 3.7 and later might allow an adversary-in-the-middle actor to impersonate the AWS IoT Core endpoint, read device telemetry, and inject arbitrary MQTT messages that the device processes as authentic, via a certificate issued for an unrelated hostname by a certificate authority present in the device trust store. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.6.1.

CVE-2026-58196 4.7 Moyenne
stacklok toolhive
ToolHive is a utility designed to simplify the deployment and management of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Prior to 0.31.0, remote.Handler.Authenticate in pkg/auth/remote/handler.go invokes discovery.DetectAuthenticationFromServer in pkg/auth/discovery/discovery.go, whose host-side HTTP clients trust remote-server-controlled authentication discovery destinations, follow redirects without host or scheme restrictions, and do not consistently block private addresses. A malicious or compromised remote MCP server can place a resource_metadata URL in WWW-Authenticate for ParseWWWAuthenticate to extract, after which FetchResourceMetadata, OIDC issuer discovery, and well-known discovery can issue GET requests to link-local, RFC1918, or other internal services outside the server's container. The user connects to a server that the user intends to use, but the server controls the internal destination; this path does not depend on the separate NAT64 guard omission because the affected clients did not invoke IsPrivateIP, and it differs from the DCR resolver path that already refused redirects. The demonstrated primitive reaches internal-only HTTP services and reachability or error oracles, and can retrieve AWS metadata credentials where IMDSv1 accepts an unauthenticated GET, while IMDSv2 and GCP metadata prerequisites are not satisfied by the demonstrated request. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.31.0.

CVE-2026-75910 6.5 Moyenne
AWS Athena Federated Query Clickhouse Connector deployment template
Incorrect privilege assignment in the ClickHouse connector deployment template in Amazon Athena Federated Query prior to v2026.17.1 could allow an authenticated remote user to read arbitrary AWS Secrets Manager secrets in the deploying account by pointing the connector's connection string at an unrelated secret and at a database endpoint under the user's control, causing the connector to transmit the secret to that endpoint. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to aws-athena-query-federation connectors version v2026.17.1 or later and ensure that any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes. Alternatively, to remediate this issue, users should redeploy the connector with the current template and supply a non-empty SecretNamePrefix value.

CVE-2026-74240 5.4 Moyenne
Red Hat OpenShift Update Service · Red Hat Quay 3 · Redhat openshift update service · Redhat quay
A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay's JWT (JSON Web Token) validation for federated robot accounts and single sign-on (SSO) authentication. Multiple issues related to audience verification and the enforcement of `azp` and `sub` claims were identified. These flaws could allow an attacker with a validly-signed token from the same identity provider to bypass configured security restrictions. This bypass could lead to unauthorized access by circumventing intended audience, subject, or authorized-client limitations.

CVE-2026-73658 8.2 Élevée
triggerdotdev trigger.dev
Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0-rc.5, Aws4FetchClient.buildUrl() and Aws4FetchClient.presign() in apps/webapp/app/v3/objectStoreClient.server.ts assign user-controlled packet keys to URL.pathname, while apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.packets.$.ts accepts params["*"] without rejecting dot segments and uses findResource: async () => 1 without per-resource ownership validation. WHATWG path normalization collapses .. segments before signing, allowing a caller with a valid environment API key to obtain presigned URLs for another tenant's object-store keys and read or overwrite task payloads. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0-rc.5.

CVE-2026-18248 9.1 Critique
@fastify/aws-lambda · Fastify fastify\/aws-lambda
@fastify/aws-lambda version 6.4.0 decorates each Fastify request with request.awsLambda.event and request.awsLambda.context, values that applications are documented to use for authorization decisions such as reading API Gateway authorizer claims. In the default configuration, the getter that populates this decoration reads the client-controlled x-apigateway-event and x-apigateway-context HTTP headers before falling back to the trusted internal request token, and those reserved headers are not stripped from the incoming event. An unauthenticated attacker who can set a single HTTP header can therefore forge the entire Lambda proxy event, including the authorizer context, and override the genuine one. This results in a full authentication and authorization bypass and privilege escalation for any application that trusts request.awsLambda.event for identity or access control. Only version 6.4.0 is affected. Patches: upgrade to @fastify/aws-lambda 6.4.1, which resolves the decoration only through the internal per-invocation token and strips the reserved headers before the request is processed.

CVE-2026-16317 6.5 Moyenne
AWS s2n-tls
Missing validation of the outer content_type byte on TLS 1.3 encrypted records in s2n-tls allows an active man-in-the-middle to silently discard individual application data records without either endpoint detecting the modification. RFC 8446 Section 5.2 requires that the outer content_type of all encrypted TLS 1.3 records must be application_data (0x17). The s2n-tls AEAD implementation hardcodes this value in the additional authenticated data rather than using the actual wire byte, so the outer content_type is not covered by the authentication tag. This enables selective suppression of application data. In HTTP pipelining scenarios, dropping a TLS record containing an HTTP request can cause request/response desynchronization, where subsequent responses are delivered to the wrong requests. In write-heavy workloads, a dropped record containing a write request can result in undetectable data loss when the client interprets a subsequent success response as confirmation of the dropped write. All TLS 1.3 connections are affected. Both TLS clients and servers are affected. TLS 1.2 and QUIC connections are not affected. We recommend you upgrade s2n-tls to version v1.7.6

CVE-2026-15957 7.5 Élevée
aws-sdk-rust
Smithy-RS is a Rust code generation and runtime framework that generates HTTP clients and servers from Smithy interface definitions, powering the AWS SDK for Rust and custom service implementations. Uncontrolled recursion in the JSON, CBOR, and XML deserializer functions emitted by Amazon smithy-rs code generation could allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (process abort via stack exhaustion) via a small request containing deeply nested data for a recursive model shape to a generated SDK or server. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to aws-sdk-rust release-2026-06-02 or later. Users building custom servers with smithy-rs codegen should regenerate from smithy-rs release-2026-06-01 or later.

CVE-2026-47394 8.7 Élevée
MervinPraison PraisonAI
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 4.6.40, the fix for GHSA-9mqq-jqxf-grvw / CVE-2026-44336 is incomplete. The original advisory description named four vulnerable handlers in `mcp_server/adapters/cli_tools.py`. Commit `68cc9427` ("fix(security): harden MCP rules path handling…") added a `_resolve_rule_path()` helper and applied it to `rules.create`, `rules.show`, and `rules.delete`. `workflow.show` was left unchanged. Two adjacent handlers in the same file have the same pattern, `workflow.validate` and `deploy.validate`. Neither was mentioned in the original advisory. Both remained unchanged. The original advisory also identified the dispatcher (`server.py:281-298`) as a root cause. It accepts unvalidated `**kwargs` from `params["arguments"]` with no enforcement against the tool's declared `input_schema`. That code is unchanged prior to version 4.6.40. A single unauthenticated MCP `tools/call` to `praisonai.workflow.show` returns the contents of any file the host user can read: `/etc/passwd`, `~/.ssh/id_rsa`, `~/.aws/credentials`, or any project `.env`. Version 4.6.40 contains an updated fix.

CVE-2026-56741 7.5 Élevée
jline3 · Jline jline
JLine is a Java library for handling console input. Prior to 3.30.14, 4.0.16, and 4.2.1, the JLine3 Telnet server remote-telnet module does not apply an upper bound to terminal dimensions received via the Telnet NAWS option, and TelnetIO.handleNAWS() in TelnetIO.java:856-879 reads client-supplied width and height as 16-bit unsigned integers and passes values such as 65535x65535 to setTerminalGeometry(), allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to repeatedly alternate values and trigger continuous expensive rendering work that causes CPU exhaustion and denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.30.14, 4.0.16, and 4.2.1.

CVE-2026-15415 5.5 Moyenne
aws-healthomics-mcp-server
AWS HealthOmics is a HIPAA-eligible service that fully manages the compute, storage, and workflow engine infrastructure required to run bioinformatics analyses at scale for clinical diagnostics, drug discovery, and agricultural research. Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory in the linting tools of the AWS HealthOmics MCP Server (aws-healthomics-mcp-server) before version 0.0.36 might allow an actor who can influence the MCP agent to write an actor-controlled content to arbitrary locations outside the intended workflow bundle directory, via directory traversal sequences in the workflow_files input. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.0.36 or later.

CVE-2026-15737 5.7 Moyenne
AWS bedrock-agentcore
AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK is an open-source Python library that provides client tools for building AI agents on the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore platform. Unintended logging of sensitive user content in the OpenTelemetry instrumentation in AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK versions 1.4.8 and 1.5.0 might allow a local authenticated user with access to CloudWatch Logs to access raw user prompts and agent responses containing sensitive data via span attributes. The SDK wrote raw user prompts and complete agent responses into OpenTelemetry span attributes on every invocation without filtering or masking. These spans flow into the customer's aws/spans CloudWatch log group, exposing sensitive content to any principal with log read access. We recommend you upgrade to version 1.5.1 or later. Users who ran affected versions should also review and purge sensitive content from their aws/spans CloudWatch log groups.

CVE-2026-50137 9.4 Critique
budibase · Budibase budibase
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.39.0, an anonymous attacker who knows or can enumerate a workspace id (app_...) and an S3-source datasource id (ds_...) can call this endpoint with no auth and obtain a 15-minute pre-signed PUT URL minted on the victim's IAM identity. The endpoint also returns the publicUrl so the attacker knows exactly where their PUT lands. Because bucket is attacker-controlled, the attacker can write to any bucket those IAM credentials can write to, not only the bucket the datasource was configured for. The Budibase server route POST /api/attachments/:datasourceId/url (packages/server/src/api/routes/static.ts) is registered with only the recaptcha middleware. There is no authorized(...) middleware in the chain. The controller (packages/server/src/api/controllers/static/index.ts::getSignedUploadURL) looks the requested datasource up, instantiates an AWS S3 client with the datasource's stored accessKeyId / secretAccessKey, and returns an AWS Signature V4 pre-signed PutObjectCommand URL for the caller-supplied bucket and key. The bucket is not pinned to the datasource's configured bucket. The workspace context required by sdk.datasources.get is sourced by getWorkspaceIdFromCtx (packages/backend-core/src/utils/utils.ts) from any of: the x-budibase-app-id header, the JSON body appId, a path segment that begins with the workspace prefix, or ?appId=. auth.buildAuthMiddleware([], { publicAllowed: true }) runs before any of this and explicitly allows anonymous requests. The currentWorkspace middleware's "deny access to dev preview" branch only triggers under isBrowser(ctx) && !isApiKey(ctx); isBrowser checks the parsed User-Agent for a recognised browser, so any non-browser client (curl, the supplied PoC, any tool not setting a browser UA) is neither and reaches dev workspaces too. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.39.0.

CVE-2026-54288 6.5 Moyenne
honojs hono
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, the Body Limit Middleware trusts the request's Content-Length header to decide whether a body is within the limit. On AWS Lambda (API Gateway v1/v2, ALB, VPC Lattice, and Lambda@Edge) the body is delivered fully buffered and the adapter builds the request with the client-declared Content-Length, which need not match the actual payload. A client can declare a tiny Content-Length while sending a much larger body, slipping past the limit. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

CVE-2026-54287 5.3 Moyenne
honojs hono
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, on AWS Lambda, the ALB single-header response and the VPC Lattice v2 response join multiple Set-Cookie headers into one comma-separated value. Because commas also appear inside cookie attributes (for example Expires dates), clients cannot split the value back into individual cookies and silently drop or misparse them. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

CVE-2026-50557 6.1 Moyenne
angular · Angular angular
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22 and 19.2.22, an issue in the @angular/compiler and @angular/core packages allows bypassing element and attribute sanitization/validation through specific namespace workarounds. Specifically, namespaced script elements (e.g., <svg:script> or <:svg:script>) were not properly identified as script elements by the Angular template preparser, allowing them to pass through template compilation without being stripped. Furthermore, security context schema mappings for element attributes did not consistently handle attributes within namespaced elements (like SVG and MathML), opening up gaps where malicious namespaced attributes could bypass runtime and compile-time sanitizers. Combined, these flaws enable an attacker who can inject or supply a template/tag structure with custom namespaces to bypass Angular's script-stripping logic and attribute sanitizers, leading to client-side Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22 and 19.2.22.

CVE-2025-10560 9.3 Critique
Silver Leaf Technologies, Inc. Worksnaps.net Worksnaps
Worksnaps before version 1.6.20260201 contains hardcoded cloud credentials and related secret material in the Worksnaps client application binaries. The exposed credentials included AWS access keys, S3 bucket names, and related cloud access information. The originally exposed AWS credentials authenticated as the AWS account root identity and provided access to Worksnaps production cloud resources, including S3 buckets containing sensitive data such as screenshots of user desktops. An attacker with access to the affected client binaries could extract or recover the credentials and use them to access affected Worksnaps cloud resources.

CVE-2026-48522 4.2 Moyenne
jpadilla pyjwt · Pyjwt project pyjwt
PyJWT is a JSON Web Token implementation in Python. Prior to 2.13.0, PyJWKClient passes its uri argument directly to urllib.request.urlopen() which uses Python stdlib's default OpenerDirector registering HTTPHandler, HTTPSHandler, FTPHandler, FileHandler, and DataHandler. There is currently no documented option to restrict which schemes PyJWKClient will fetch. If an application's jku URL ingestion path accepts attacker-influenced URLs (e.g., from JWT header, configuration file, OAuth flow parameter), the attacker can cause PyJWKClient to read arbitrary local files via file:// (SSRF on local filesystem), cause PyJWKClient to attempt FTP / data-URI fetches (broader SSRF surface), or forge tokens that PyJWT verifies as valid. The library does not directly return non-HTTP(S) URI contents to the attacker; the chained "plant a JWKS to forge tokens" scenario described in the original report requires additional application-layer flaws (attacker write access to a filesystem path, untrusted jku derivation) that this fix does not address. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.13.0.

CVE-2026-42790 8.1 Élevée
Erlang OTP · Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 · Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift 18.0 · Red Hat Hardened Images
Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in Erlang OTP public_key (pubkey_cert and public_key modules) allows a DNS nameConstraints bypass via subject CommonName fallback in TLS hostname verification. Two flaws combine to allow a subordinate CA whose DNS nameConstraints are restricted (e.g. permitted;DNS:allowed.example.com) to issue a leaf certificate that an OTP TLS client accepts as a valid identity for an out-of-scope hostname (e.g. victim.example.com): First, pubkey_cert:validate_names/6 in lib/public_key/src/pubkey_cert.erl only checks SAN DNS entries against nameConstraints. Per RFC 5280, a permitted DNS subtree only restricts certificates that contain a DNS-typed name. A leaf with no subjectAltName therefore trivially satisfies any permitted;DNS:... constraint regardless of its subject commonName. Second, public_key:pkix_verify_hostname/3 in lib/public_key/src/public_key.erl falls back to the subject commonName when no subjectAltName is present, extracting id-at-commonName attributes as presented IDs and matching them against the reference hostname. The strict pkix_verify_hostname_match_fun(https) matcher does not suppress this fallback. The result is that path validation accepts a CN-only leaf under a DNS-constrained intermediate (no SAN means the nameConstraints are not triggered), and hostname verification then accepts it via the CN fallback. The bypass is reachable from stock ssl:connect with verify_peer, a trusted CA, SNI, and the canonical strict https hostname matcher. This issue affects OTP from OTP 19.3 before OTP 29.0.1, OTP 28.5.0.1, OTP 27.3.4.12 and OTP 26.2.5.21, corresponding to public_key from 1.4 before 1.21.1, 1.20.3.1, 1.17.1.3 and 1.15.1.7.

CVE-2026-42789 4.8 Moyenne
Erlang OTP · Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 · Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift 18.0 · Red Hat Hardened Images
Improper Following of a Certificate's Chain of Trust vulnerability in Erlang OTP public_key (pubkey_cert module) allows a non-CA certificate to be accepted as an intermediate issuer, enabling certificate chain forgery. In lib/public_key/src/pubkey_cert.erl, pubkey_cert:validate_extensions/7 contains two flaws that together allow a certificate with basicConstraints cA:false and no keyUsage extension to be used as an intermediate issuer in a chain passed to public_key:pkix_path_validation/3: the cA:false clause recurses into the remaining extensions without rejecting the certificate when it is in issuer position, and the keyUsage check only fires when the extension is present, so a certificate lacking keyUsage entirely bypasses the keyCertSign enforcement. Any party holding an end-entity certificate with basicConstraints cA:false and no keyUsage extension, issued by any CA in the victim's trust store, can use that certificate's private key to sign forged leaf certificates for arbitrary identities. public_key:pkix_path_validation/3 accepts the resulting chain, and by extension every TLS or mTLS endpoint built on the OTP ssl application that relies on the default verifier is affected, including server identity verification on the client side and client certificate verification on mTLS servers. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 27.3.4.19, OTP 28.5.0.8, and OTP 29.1.2, corresponding to public_key from 0.22 before 1.17.1.7, 1.20.3.6, and 1.21.8. Whether OTP before OTP 17.0, corresponding to public_key before 0.22, is affected is unknown.

CVE-2026-39965 7.7 Élevée
baptisteArno typebot.io
TypeBot is a chatbot builder tool. Versions 3.15.2 and prior contain an SSRF via Open Redirect Bypass as the HTTP Request block and Code block validate the initial request URL via validateHttpReqUrl() to block private IPs and cloud metadata hostnames. However, the HTTP clients (ky and fetch) follow 302 redirects without re-validating the redirect destination. An authenticated user can point a bot block to an attacker-controlled server that responds with a redirect to an internal IP, causing the Typebot server to reach internal services. An authenticated Typebot user can reach AWS metadata (169.254.169.254), private subnets, and container-internal services. Exploitable to extract cloud IAM credentials or probe internal APIs inaccessible from the internet. This issue has been fixed in version 3.16.0.

CVE-2026-46356 7.5 Élevée
fleetdm fleet
Fleet is open source device management software. Prior to version 4.80.1, a vulnerability in Fleet's IP extraction logic allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass API rate limiting by spoofing client IP headers. This may allow brute-force login attempts or other abuse against Fleet instances exposed to the public internet. Fleet extracted client IP addresses from request headers (`True-Client-IP`, `X-Real-IP`, `X-Forwarded-For`) without validating that those headers originate from a trusted proxy. The extracted IP is used as the key for rate limiting and IP ban decisions. As a result, an attacker could rotate the value of these headers on each request, causing Fleet to treat each attempt as coming from a different client. This effectively bypasses per-IP rate limits on sensitive endpoints such as the login API, enabling unrestricted brute-force or credential stuffing attacks. This issue primarily affects Fleet instances that are directly exposed to the internet without a reverse proxy that overwrites forwarded-IP headers. Instances behind a properly configured proxy or WAF are less affected. Version 4.80.1 contains a patch. If an immediate upgrade is not possible, administrators should ensure Fleet is deployed behind a reverse proxy (e.g., nginx, Cloudflare, AWS ALB) that overwrites `X-Forwarded-For` with the true client IP, and apply rate limiting at the proxy or WAF layer.

CVE-2026-44738 7.7 Élevée
getgrav grav
Grav is a file-based Web platform. Prior to 2.0.0-rc.2, the Twig sandbox allow-list permits any user with the admin.pages role to call config.toArray() from within a page body, dumping the entire merged site configuration — including all plugin secrets (SMTP passwords, AWS keys, OAuth client secrets, API tokens) — into the rendered HTML. No administrator privileges are required. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.0-rc.2.
