  1. CVE-2026-110974 6.3 Moyenne

    vaadin android-json

The org.json parser in com.vaadin.external.google:android-json recurses once per nesting level with no depth limit: JSONTokener.nextValue() calls readArray() and readObject(), which call nextValue() again. A deeply nested JSON document, around 20 KB of nested arrays with the default thread stack, makes the JSONArray and JSONObject constructors throw a raw java.lang.StackOverflowError instead of a JSONException. Any application that parses untrusted JSON with this library can be made to fail the thread doing the parsing. The artifact is a 2013 repackage of third-party org.json classes, published once and never maintained, and no fixed version will be released. Users of the affected version should apply the following mitigation. Product version com.vaadin.external.google:android-json 0.0.20131108.vaadin1 Mitigation No fixed version will be released. Replace the artifact with an org.json implementation that limits the nesting depth, such as org.json:json 20231013 or later. 2. CVE-2026-110803 8.7 Élevée

    vaadin framework

VaadinService.requestEnd() in Vaadin Framework 8 locks the session and then reads the v-uiId request parameter outside the block that releases the lock. A request carrying a non-numeric v-uiId makes Integer.parseInt throw while the session lock is held, so the lock is never released and the container thread returns to its pool still owning it. Every later request to that session then blocks forever in VaadinService.lockSession(), and repeating the request exhausts the thread pool and takes the application down. No authentication is required: a session cookie, which any client obtains with a single request, is enough. Vaadin 10 and later are not affected, because Flow releases the lock in a finally block and does not read that parameter there, and Vaadin Framework 7 is not affected either. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include: Product version Vaadin Framework 8.16.0 - 8.32.1 Mitigation Upgrade to 8.32.2 Vaadin Framework 7 and Vaadin 10 and later do not carry this behaviour and need no upgrade for this issue. Artifacts Maven coordinates / Vulnerable versions / Fixed version com.vaadin:vaadin-server / 8.16.0 - 8.32.1 / >=8.32.2 com.vaadin:vaadin-server-mpr-jakarta / 8.18.0 - 8.32.1 / >=8.32.2

  3. CVE-2026-107588 8.4 Élevée

    vaadin · vaadin-charts-flow · vaadin-charts-flow-svg-generator · vaadin @vaadin/charts

Vaadin Charts renders charts with the Highcharts library and pins an exact version of it, 9.2.2 in Vaadin 22 to 24 and 12.2.0 in Vaadin 25, so an application cannot remove these vulnerabilities by upgrading Highcharts on its own. Highsoft disclosed several vulnerabilities in that library that are reachable through the chart configuration: writes to Object.prototype through dotted series.keys paths, and cross-site scripting through credits.href, through breadcrumbs.style, through HTML text parsing while printing, and through xlink:href attributes in exported charts. An application is affected where data an attacker controls reaches the chart configuration, for example through additionalOptions, through updateConfiguration(), or through text options that accept markup. The fixed Vaadin versions apply Highsoft's recommended workarounds to the bundled Highcharts when it loads, and keep the same Highcharts version. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include: Product version Vaadin 22.0.0 - 23.6.15 Vaadin 24.0.0 - 24.4.23 Vaadin 24.5.0 - 24.7.15 Vaadin 24.8.0 - 24.9.22 Vaadin 24.10.0 - 24.10.10 Vaadin 25.0.0 - 25.2.9 Vaadin 25.3.0 Mitigation Upgrade to 23.6.16 Upgrade to 24.4.24 Upgrade to 24.7.16 Upgrade to 24.9.23 Upgrade to 24.10.11 Upgrade to 25.2.10 Upgrade to 25.3.1 or newer Please note that Vaadin versions 10-13 and 15-22 are no longer supported and you should update either to the latest 23, 24, 25 version. 4. CVE-2026-93547 5.3 Moyenne

    vaadin · vaadin-spreadsheet-flow · vaadin-spreadsheet

A missing authorization check in the Vaadin Spreadsheet component allows an authenticated user of an application that renders a spreadsheet to add or replace cell comments on a sheet that has protection enabled, including on cells that are locked. Writing a comment to a cell that does not exist yet also creates the row and the cell. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. 5. CVE-2026-91860 6.3 Moyenne

    vaadin · vaadin-core · vaadin-charts-flow · vaadin @vaadin/charts

A prototype pollution vulnerability exists in the deep merge helpers of Vaadin Charts and Vaadin Component Base. Merging an object the application does not control into a chart configuration or into a component's i18n property writes onto Object.prototype, making the injected properties visible to every object in the running application. 6. CVE-2026-7860 1.6 Faible

    vaadin flow

A possible information disclosure vulnerability exists in the Vaadin Maven plugin and Vaadin Gradle plugin that exposes the full set of environment variables in build logs whenever the frontend build process exits with a non-zero status. Because the build environment may contain credentials supplied as secrets, any failed frontend build can expose those secrets in clear text in CI logs and archived build artifacts.
