  3. CVE-2026-46333 7.1 Élevée

Linux · Red Hat NVIDIA for RHEL 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ptrace: slightly saner 'get_dumpable()' logic The 'dumpability' of a task is fundamentally about the memory image of the task - the concept comes from whether it can core dump or not - and makes no sense when you don't have an associated mm. And almost all users do in fact use it only for the case where the task has a mm pointer. But we have one odd special case: ptrace_may_access() uses 'dumpable' to check various other things entirely independently of the MM (typically explicitly using flags like PTRACE_MODE_READ_FSCREDS). Including for threads that no longer have a VM (and maybe never did, like most kernel threads). It's not what this flag was designed for, but it is what it is. The ptrace code does check that the uid/gid matches, so you do have to be uid-0 to see kernel thread details, but this means that the traditional "drop capabilities" model doesn't make any difference for this all. Make it all make a *bit* more sense by saying that if you don't have a MM pointer, we'll use a cached "last dumpability" flag if the thread ever had a MM (it will be zero for kernel threads since it is never set), and require a proper CAP_SYS_PTRACE capability to override.

  4. CVE-2026-8654 8.7 Élevée

Delphix Continuous data IBM Db2 Connector · Delphix Continuous data MangoDB Connector · Delphix Continuous data PostgreSQL Connector · Delphix Continuous data MySQL Connector

Improper input validation in Delphix Continuous Data connectors allows an authenticated user to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the staging or target host.

  5. CVE-2026-43490 8.8 Élevée

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate inherited ACE SID length smb_inherit_dacl() walks the parent directory DACL loaded from the security descriptor xattr. It verifies that each ACE contains the fixed SID header before using it, but does not verify that the variable-length SID described by sid.num_subauth is fully contained in the ACE. A malformed inheritable ACE can advertise more subauthorities than are present in the ACE. compare_sids() may then read past the ACE. smb_set_ace() also clamps the copied destination SID, but used the unchecked source SID count to compute the inherited ACE size. That could advance the temporary inherited ACE buffer pointer and nt_size accounting past the allocated buffer. Fix this by validating the parent ACE SID count and SID length before using the SID during inheritance. Compute the inherited ACE size from the copied SID so the size matches the bounded destination SID. Reject the inherited DACL if size accumulation would overflow smb_acl.size or the security descriptor allocation size.

  6. CVE-2025-54518 7.0 Élevée

    AMD EPYC™ 7002 Series Processors · AMD Ryzen™ 4000 Series Mobile Processors with Radeon™ Graphics · AMD Ryzen™ 7020 Series Processors with Radeon™ Graphics · AMD Ryzen™ 3000 Series Desktop Processors

  12. CVE-2026-26191 9.8 Critique

    fleetdm fleet

Fleet is open source device management software. Prior to version 4.81.0, a vulnerability in Fleet's software installer pipeline could allow a crafted software package to execute arbitrary commands as root (macOS/Linux) or SYSTEM (Windows) on managed endpoints when an uninstall is triggered. When a software package (.pkg, .deb, .rpm, .exe, or .msi) is uploaded to Fleet, metadata is extracted from the package binary and used to generate uninstall scripts. In affected versions, this metadata is not properly sanitized before being included in the generated scripts. A specially crafted package containing malicious values in its metadata fields could result in unintended command execution when the uninstall script runs on managed endpoints. Version 4.81.0 contains a patch. If an immediate upgrade is not possible, administrators should avoid uploading software packages obtained from untrusted or unverified sources. Additionally, administrators can manually inspect and edit auto-generated uninstall scripts before deployment.

  13. CVE-2026-41315 9.8 Critique

    midoks mdserver-web

    mdserver-web is a simple Linux panel. From 0.18.0 to 0.18.4, mdserver-web has a front-end unauthorized remote command execution vulnerability. 14. CVE-2026-44513 8.8 Élevée

huggingface diffusers · Red Hat OpenShift AI 3.4 · Red Hat AI Inference Server · Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI (RHEL AI) 3

Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models. Prior to 0.38.0, a trust_remote_code bypass in DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained allows arbitrary remote code execution despite the user passing trust_remote_code=False (or omitting it, which is the default). The vulnerability has three variants, all sharing the same root cause — the trust_remote_code gate was implemented inside DiffusionPipeline.download() rather than at the actual dynamic-module load site, so any code path that bypassed or short-circuited download() also bypassed the security check. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('repoA', custom_pipeline='attacker/repoB', trust_remote_code=False) — the gate evaluated against repoA's file list rather than repoB's, so repoB's pipeline.py was loaded and executed. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('/local/snapshot', custom_pipeline='attacker/repoB', trust_remote_code=False) — the local-path branch never invoked download(), so the gate was never reached and remote code from repoB executed. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('/local/snapshot', trust_remote_code=False) where the snapshot contains custom component files (e.g. unet/my_unet_model.py) referenced from model_index.json — same root cause; the local path skipped download() and custom component code executed. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.38.0.

  15. CVE-2026-44484 9.8 Critique

This is patched in @backstage/plugin-catalog-backend-module-unprocessed version 0.6.11, @backstage/plugin-catalog-unprocessed-entities-common version 0.0.15 and @backstage/plugin-catalog-unprocessed-entities version 0.2.30.

  17. CVE-2026-44216 7.5 Élevée

bytecodealliance wasmtime · Red Hat Hardened Images · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10

Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. From 30.0.0 to 36.0.8, 43.0.2, and 44.0.1, Wasmtime's allocation logic for a WebAssembly table contained checked arithmetic which panicked on overflow. This overflow is possible to trigger, and thus panic, when a table with an extremely large size is allocated. This is possible with the WebAssembly memory64 proposal where tables can have sizes in the 64-bit range as opposed to the previous 32-bit range which would not overflow. The panic happens when attempting to create a very large table, such as when instantiating a WebAssembly module or component. This vulnerability is fixed in 36.0.8, 43.0.2, and 44.0.1.

  18. CVE-2026-6478 6.5 Moyenne

PostgreSQL · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extended Lifecycle Support

Covert timing channel in comparison of MD5-hashed password in PostgreSQL authentication allows an attacker to recover user credentials sufficient to authenticate. This does not affect scram-sha-256 passwords, the default in all supported releases. However, current databases may have MD5-hashed passwords originating in upgrades from PostgreSQL 13 or earlier. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.

  19. CVE-2026-6477 8.8 Élevée

PostgreSQL · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extended Lifecycle Support

Use of inherently dangerous function PQfn(..., result_is_int=0, ...) in PostgreSQL libpq lo_export(), lo_read(), lo_lseek64(), and lo_tell64() functions allows the server superuser to overwrite a client stack buffer with an arbitrarily-large response. Like gets(), PQfn(..., result_is_int=0, ...) stores arbitrary-length, server-determined data into a buffer of unspecified size. Because both the \lo_export command in psql and pg_dump call lo_read(), the server superuser can overwrite pg_dump or psql stack memory. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.

  20. CVE-2026-6473 8.8 Élevée

PostgreSQL · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extended Lifecycle Support

Integer wraparound in multiple PostgreSQL server features allows an unprivileged database user to cause the server to undersize an allocation and write out-of-bounds. This may execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. In applications that pass gigabyte-scale user inputs to the relevant database functions, the application input provider may achieve a segmentation fault. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 are affected.

Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Prior to 0.0.27, python-multipart has a denial of service vulnerability in multipart part header parsing. When parsing multipart/form-data, MultipartParser previously had no limit on the number of part headers or the size of an individual part header. An attacker could send a request with either many repeated headers without terminating the header block or a single very large header value, causing excessive CPU work before request rejection or completion. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.0.27.

  24. CVE-2026-42579 9.1 Critique

netty · Red Hat Cryostat 4 on RHEL 9 · Red Hat build of Apache Camel 4.18.1.P1 for Spring Boot 3.5.16 · Red Hat build of Quarkus 3.27.4

Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, Netty's DNS codec does not enforce RFC 1035 domain name constraints during either encoding or decoding. This creates a bidirectional attack surface: malicious DNS responses can exploit the decoder, and user-influenced hostnames can exploit the encoder. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final.

  37. CVE-2026-44432 7.5 Élevée

urllib3 · Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.5 for RHEL 8 · Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.5 for RHEL 9 · Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.6 for RHEL 9

urllib3 is an HTTP client library for Python. From 2.6.0 to before 2.7.0, urllib3 could decompress the whole response instead of the requested portion (1) during the second HTTPResponse.read(amt=N) call when the response was decompressed using the official Brotli library or (2) when HTTPResponse.drain_conn() was called after the response had been read and decompressed partially (compression algorithm did not matter here). These issues could cause urllib3 to fully decode a small amount of highly compressed data in a single operation. This could result in excessive resource consumption (high CPU usage and massive memory allocation for the decompressed data) on the client side. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.0.

  38. CVE-2026-44293 8.8 Élevée

  40. CVE-2026-43489 5.5 Moyenne

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: liveupdate: luo_file: remember retrieve() status LUO keeps track of successful retrieve attempts on a LUO file. It does so to avoid multiple retrievals of the same file. Multiple retrievals cause problems because once the file is retrieved, the serialized data structures are likely freed and the file is likely in a very different state from what the code expects. The retrieve boolean in struct luo_file keeps track of this, and is passed to the finish callback so it knows what work was already done and what it has left to do. All this works well when retrieve succeeds. When it fails, luo_retrieve_file() returns the error immediately, without ever storing anywhere that a retrieve was attempted or what its error code was. This results in an errored LIVEUPDATE_SESSION_RETRIEVE_FD ioctl to userspace, but nothing prevents it from trying this again. The retry is problematic for much of the same reasons listed above. The file is likely in a very different state than what the retrieve logic normally expects, and it might even have freed some serialization data structures. Attempting to access them or free them again is going to break things. For example, if memfd managed to restore 8 of its 10 folios, but fails on the 9th, a subsequent retrieve attempt will try to call kho_restore_folio() on the first folio again, and that will fail with a warning since it is an invalid operation. Apart from the retry, finish() also breaks. Since on failure the retrieved bool in luo_file is never touched, the finish() call on session close will tell the file handler that retrieve was never attempted, and it will try to access or free the data structures that might not exist, much in the same way as the retry attempt. There is no sane way of attempting the retrieve again. Remember the error retrieve returned and directly return it on a retry. Also pass this status code to finish() so it can make the right decision on the work it needs to do. This is done by changing the bool to an integer. A value of 0 means retrieve was never attempted, a positive value means it succeeded, and a negative value means it failed and the error code is the value.

  41. CVE-2026-43488 5.5 Moyenne

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: xhci: Prevent interrupt storm on host controller error (HCE) The xHCI controller reports a Host Controller Error (HCE) in UAS Storage Device plug/unplug scenarios on Android devices. HCE is checked in xhci_irq() function and causes an interrupt storm (since the interrupt isn’t cleared), leading to severe system-level faults. When the xHC controller reports HCE in the interrupt handler, the driver only logs a warning and assumes xHC activity will stop as stated in xHCI specification. An interrupt storm does however continue on some hosts even after HCE, and only ceases after manually disabling xHC interrupt and stopping the controller by calling xhci_halt(). Add xhci_halt() to xhci_irq() function where STS_HCE status is checked, mirroring the existing error handling pattern used for STS_FATAL errors. This only fixes the interrupt storm. Proper HCE recovery requires resetting and re-initializing the xHC.

  42. CVE-2026-43487 5.5 Moyenne

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ata: libata-core: Disable LPM on ST1000DM010-2EP102 According to a user report, the ST1000DM010-2EP102 has problems with LPM, causing random system freezes. The drive belongs to the same BarraCuda family as the ST2000DM008-2FR102 which has the same issue.

  43. CVE-2026-43486 5.5 Moyenne

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: contpte: fix set_access_flags() no-op check for SMMU/ATS faults contpte_ptep_set_access_flags() compared the gathered ptep_get() value against the requested entry to detect no-ops. ptep_get() ORs AF/dirty from all sub-PTEs in the CONT block, so a dirty sibling can make the target appear already-dirty. When the gathered value matches entry, the function returns 0 even though the target sub-PTE still has PTE_RDONLY set in hardware. For a CPU with FEAT_HAFDBS this gathered view is fine, since hardware may set AF/dirty on any sub-PTE and CPU TLB behavior is effectively gathered across the CONT range. But page-table walkers that evaluate each descriptor individually (e.g. a CPU without DBM support, or an SMMU without HTTU, or with HA/HD disabled in CD.TCR) can keep faulting on the unchanged target sub-PTE, causing an infinite fault loop. Gathering can therefore cause false no-ops when only a sibling has been updated: - write faults: target still has PTE_RDONLY (needs PTE_RDONLY cleared) - read faults: target still lacks PTE_AF Fix by checking each sub-PTE against the requested AF/dirty/write state (the same bits consumed by __ptep_set_access_flags()), using raw per-PTE values rather than the gathered ptep_get() view, before returning no-op. Keep using the raw target PTE for the write-bit unfold decision. Per Arm ARM (DDI 0487) D8.7.1 ("The Contiguous bit"), any sub-PTE in a CONT range may become the effective cached translation and software must maintain consistent attributes across the range.

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mmc: core: Avoid bitfield RMW for claim/retune flags Move claimed and retune control flags out of the bitfield word to avoid unrelated RMW side effects in asynchronous contexts. The host->claimed bit shared a word with retune flags. Writes to claimed in __mmc_claim_host() or retune_now in mmc_mq_queue_rq() can overwrite other bits when concurrent updates happen in other contexts, triggering spurious WARN_ON(!host->claimed). Convert claimed, can_retune, retune_now and retune_paused to bool to remove shared-word coupling.

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Set/clear CR8 write interception when AVIC is (de)activated Explicitly set/clear CR8 write interception when AVIC is (de)activated to fix a bug where KVM leaves the interception enabled after AVIC is activated. E.g. if KVM emulates INIT=>WFS while AVIC is deactivated, CR8 will remain intercepted in perpetuity. On its own, the dangling CR8 intercept is "just" a performance issue, but combined with the TPR sync bug fixed by commit d02e48830e3f ("KVM: SVM: Sync TPR from LAPIC into VMCB::V_TPR even if AVIC is active"), the danging intercept is fatal to Windows guests as the TPR seen by hardware gets wildly out of sync with reality. Note, VMX isn't affected by the bug as TPR_THRESHOLD is explicitly ignored when Virtual Interrupt Delivery is enabled, i.e. when APICv is active in KVM's world. I.e. there's no need to trigger update_cr8_intercept(), this is firmly an SVM implementation flaw/detail. WARN if KVM gets a CR8 write #VMEXIT while AVIC is active, as KVM should never enter the guest with AVIC enabled and CR8 writes intercepted. [Squash fix to avic_deactivate_vmcb. - Paolo]

    Linux · Linux linux kernel

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched_ext: Disable preemption between scx_claim_exit() and kicking helper work scx_claim_exit() atomically sets exit_kind, which prevents scx_error() from triggering further error handling. After claiming exit, the caller must kick the helper kthread work which initiates bypass mode and teardown. If the calling task gets preempted between claiming exit and kicking the helper work, and the BPF scheduler fails to schedule it back (since error handling is now disabled), the helper work is never queued, bypass mode never activates, tasks stop being dispatched, and the system wedges. Disable preemption across scx_claim_exit() and the subsequent work kicking in all callers - scx_disable() and scx_vexit(). Add lockdep_assert_preemption_disabled() to scx_claim_exit() to enforce the requirement.

Personally I was only able to reproduce a hang (on an Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1) with an external display connected via a dock using a dodgy type-C cable that made the link training fail. After the failed link training the machine would hang. TGL seemed immune to the problem for whatever reason. BSpec does tell us to configure VRR after enabling TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL as well. The DMC firmware also does the VRR restore in two stages: - first stage seems to be unconditional and includes TRANS_VRR_CTL and a few other VRR registers, among other things - second stage is conditional on the DDI being enabled, and includes TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL and TRANS_VRR_VMAX/VMIN/FLIPLINE, among other things So let's reorder the steps to match to avoid the hang, and toss in an extra WARN to make sure we don't screw this up later. F5 NGINX Plus · F5 NGINX Open Source · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support

NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_rewrite_module module. This vulnerability exists when the rewrite directive is followed by a rewrite, if, or set directive and an unnamed Perl-Compatible Regular Expression (PCRE) capture (for example, $1, $2) with a replacement string that includes a question mark (?). An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond its control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR.  Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

beaugunderson ip-address · Red Hat AMQ Broker 7.13.6 · Red Hat AMQ Broker 7.14.1 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10

ip-address is a library for parsing and manipulating IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in JavaScript. Prior to 10.1.1, Address6.group() and Address6.link() do not HTML-escape attacker-controlled content before embedding it in the HTML strings they return, and AddressError.parseMessage (emitted by the Address6 constructor for invalid input) can contain unescaped attacker-controlled content in one branch. An application that (1) passes untrusted input to Address6 and (2) renders the output of these methods, or the thrown error's parseMessage, as HTML (e.g. via innerHTML) is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability is fixed in 10.1.1.

  59. CVE-2026-42177 5.3 Moyenne

    siemens linux-entra-sso

linux-entra-sso is a browser plugin for Linux to SSO on Microsoft Entra ID. Prior to 1.8.1, platform/chrome/js/platform-chrome.js:69-88 registers a single declarativeNetRequest rule whose urlFilter is Platform.SSO_URL + "/*", i.e. "https://login.microsoftonline.com/*". Chrome's urlFilter without a | or || anchor is substring-matched against the full request URL. The same applied rule action is modifyHeaders that attaches the Entra ID Primary Refresh Token cookie. The Firefox adapter in platform/firefox/js/platform-firefox.js:53 performs a belt-and-braces startsWith(Platform.SSO_URL) check before injecting the header; the Chrome adapter does not. When the extension holds broad host permissions through the optional_host_permissions: ["https://*/*"] declared in platform/chrome/manifest.json:34, a main-frame navigation to a URL whose path embeds https://login.microsoftonline.com/ causes Chrome to attach the PRT cookie to the request to the attacker-controlled host. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.8.1.

A flaw was found in Cockpit. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to achieve arbitrary command execution on the host by exploiting unsanitized user-controlled parameters within crafted links in the system logs user interface (UI). An attacker can inject shell metacharacters and command substitutions into these parameters, leading to the execution of arbitrary shell commands on the affected system. This could result in a complete system compromise.

Linux · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rxrpc: Also unshare DATA/RESPONSE packets when paged frags are present The DATA-packet handler in rxrpc_input_call_event() and the RESPONSE handler in rxrpc_verify_response() copy the skb to a linear one before calling into the security ops only when skb_cloned() is true. An skb that is not cloned but still carries externally-owned paged fragments (e.g. SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG set by splice() into a UDP socket via __ip_append_data, or a chained skb_has_frag_list()) falls through to the in-place decryption path, which binds the frag pages directly into the AEAD/skcipher SGL via skb_to_sgvec(). Extend the gate to also unshare when skb_has_frag_list() or skb_has_shared_frag() is true. This catches the splice-loopback vector and other externally-shared frag sources while preserving the zero-copy fast path for skbs whose frags are kernel-private (e.g. NIC page_pool RX, GRO). The OOM/trace handling already in place is reused.
